Hiring Options

At Hire Excellence, we offer 3 flexible hiring options for your particular need:

01

Direct Hire.

This is the most cost-effective hiring option if you are certain you will be filling this position permanently. A lump sum fee based on the candidate’s compensation.  We offer a 90-day pro-rated guarantee (as outlined in our service agreement).

Temp-to-Hire Contract.

This option works well to evaluate a potential employee while financing your investment across a 90-day period.  You will be billed an hourly temp-to-hire rate for 520 hours (which is roughly 90 days).  At the conclusion of 520 hours, this individual can be brought on to your payroll with no further monies due Hire Excellence (aside from outstanding invoices…).

Temporary Conversion.

This option allows you the freedom to evaluate a candidate for an indefinite amount of time with no commitment to hire.  At any point you may hire the candidate with a fee due (based on our Service Agreement).  We offer a discount off of the dollar amount of the fee for every 160 hours (equivalent to a month) the candidate temps — up to 6 months.
