Founder, Eileen Tousey, CSAM

Since 1998, Eileen Tousey has been a top performer and leader in her field. 

She is a student of her business and is committed to improving her practice and her skillset, while staying on top of the current candidate landscape, new technologies available and creative search methods. 

Eileen graduated from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, with a degree in Business Management.  

She received her certification in 2000. Eileen is incredibly passionate about staffing and takes a personal interest in every client and every candidate.  She has built a highly successful, reputable team centered on honesty, integrity and commitment.  She believes the key to success for any business is the resources that are behind it. Eileen understands the challenges a small business faces as well as the hierarchy and the dire need for upgraded talent by larger organizations.
